If your basement is wet, Atlantic Waterproofing is here to help. Our top-notch perimeter drain system uses a dual drain system underneath your basement slab to keep water managed for good.

Here’s how it works: We start by jackhammering and removing the concrete floor near the foundation wall. Then we install two drains—one 4″ pipe deep beneath the slab, surrounded by clean crushed stone, and then a drainage board on top that runs minimum 4-6″ up the wall. 

 The drain pipe is pitched, which delivers water to a sump basin, where it’s pumped out far away from the house. This will reduce the hydrostatic water pressure that occurs from water building up around and under your foundation. The dual system is hands-down the most effective way to protect your basement. The result is a clean, dry, healthy space!

Oh and.. don’t fall for the “gutter” systems that some of the big waterproofing companies sell!
